What students are saying

“Thanks to FutureMe, I was able to transform my career dreams into a clear vision, guiding me from early career awareness to a well-defined path toward becoming a pharmaceutical researcher.”

Tori — Student, Sutter Union High School

“The quests made careers feel real. I could actually see what each path looked like — the choices, the work, even the lifestyle. It helped me figure out what I want, not just what I thought I was supposed to do.”

Archer — 2023 Graduate, Hawaiian Academy of Arts & Science

“FutureMe opened my eyes to college. It changed my perspective on continuing my education. What helped the most were the resources provided and having someone to talk to. It was helpful to map out a career path so I wasn't just going to college without a purpose.”

Morgan — Student, Sutter Union High School

What teachers are saying

As a CTE Advisor, I watched FutureMe completely reshape how we do career exploration. It helped us grow from 49% to 94% pathway completers in just two years. But more importantly, it helped every student find a direction—and a sense of purpose—for their future.

I had a student who went into FutureMe convinced they knew what they wanted to do after high school only to have their interests broadened and their eyes opened to more opportunities they hadn't thought of before.

Mr. Anthony Cilli
CTE Digital Arts Teacher from the Carbon School District in Utah

FutureMe has allowed our students in Flint to explore career pathways many of them have only dreamt about. FutureMe has given them an opportunity to ask questions and receive answers about their future, possible interests and employment. Real life and real time conversations opened the door to more questions and curiosity.

Legacy Programs

These programs built the engine behind our AI native evolution. Their insights fuel FutureMe, strengthen our educator networks, and guide how we use technology to scale good for students nationwide.hese programs are retired. Their insights now power our current work.

Skilling America

Skilling America is a national learning and certification platform for professionals in workforce boards, colleges, and nonprofits. It offers self paced courses, tools, and a community of practice that strengthens advising quality for working learners and job seekers. Hope Street is no longer updating the program, but it continues to operate independently and is available for purchase. Many of the design principles and artifacts inform our teacher tools and quests in FutureMe, especially where advising, career navigation, and classroom guidance intersect.

GoodPaths in Retail

GoodPaths focused on helping frontline retail workers build practical coaching skills tied to real roles and clear steps up. It created an advancement approach that connected day to day practice with mobility and was tested with workers and employers in the field. The methods developed through GoodPaths now inform our classroom quests and counselor guides, helping students practice real world decision making and progress planning that mirrors authentic career advancement.

Retail Opportunity Network

The Retail Opportunity Network convened employers and nonprofits to exchange practices that improved advancement and job quality for frontline workers. Members shared research, tools, and pilots that opened clearer steps up and produced a repeatable way to run cross-sector communities. While the network has sunset, its collaboration model is alive in our current educator and partner networks, where we apply the same methods to accelerate responsible AI adoption in classrooms.

Health Career Pathways

Health Career Pathways convened health systems, colleges, and workforce boards to co-design competency-based routes into entry and mid-skill roles. The model blended coaching, work-based learning, and stackable credentials and gave regions a common playbook. Founding communities lowered barriers and improved progression into in-demand roles. While the program is retired, its principles inform our classroom pathways and network practice and align with ongoing ecosystem work led by partners such as Opportunity@Work.

Sync Our Signals

Employers, educators, and learners once spoke past each other about skills. Sync Our Signals analyzed job postings, credentials, and progression and translated them into shared competency maps across sectors. Partners used the framework to align programs to real hiring needs and to clarify expectations for entry and advancement. Today those insights live inside FutureMe’s quests and teacher views, helping students show capability with artifacts linked to real roles while giving teachers a clearer lens for feedback and alignment.

National Teacher Fellows Network

The National Teacher Fellows Network began in 2013 with state based teacher cohorts designed to gather insights, brief decision makers, and shape policy. Over time, the Utah Teacher Fellows Program became the longstanding model and is the only cohort that continues today. Its approach has informed how we collaborate with educators on product design, classroom practice, and policy feedback. In the coming years, we plan to expand and rebuild this work in new states. If you are interested in helping us replicate the Utah model, please reach out to Tabitha Bishop at tabitha@hopestreetgroup.org.
