Lisa has been a Speech Language Pathologist for more than 15 years. Her earlier years were spent mostly in healthcare settings, but for the last several years, she has worked primarily in a school setting with children of all ages who have speech and language delays.  Lisa has worked in several districts both large and small across the country including Illinois, North Carolina, and Maryland.   Much of her experience centers around children who are low income and culturally diverse.  Lisa has also worked as an IT consultant helping large school districts develop more efficient computer based methods related to various special education processes.
 
Lisa holds an M.S in Information Technology from the University of North Carolina, an M.S in Speech Pathology from Southern Illinois University, and a B.S. in Communicative Disorders from Northern Illinois University.
